From my personal experience, i look at this way, its not the game that gets me going, it the community and all my friends and the competetive drive that keeps me wanting more, you know how good it feels to be able to talk :idea: and not worry wether your gonna win or not? thats me man, i love this game and the community... the hacks are really fun if you know what to do with em

I still play CoD Mw2.
I still like it.
But only when i am playing with people from TTG.
Playing in a group is fun.
By yourself is just really bad............
Its so boring by yourself.

To be honest, I feel they changed too much of what they transferred from Call of Duty 4.

For instance, the ACOG Scope, it used to be more of a challenge using that, and then they go and alter the aiming redicule on it. Hence the reason, for why I'll never use an ACOG again.

The good thing about the killstreaks, was that it catered for every type of gamer. The Nuclear Missile, for the multiple lives, team games, whilst we had the likes of the sentry gun & etc. for the defensive games like Search & Destroy. HOWEVER, I feel that once, one person finds a good set up, then the rest of the world follows it (For instance; Harrier Strike, Chopper Gunner, Tactical Nuke). So in this instance, maybe it was a negative thing too give people too much choice, but the thing is, people don't take advantage of the choice, they just follow everyone what everyone else uses.

Believe me, that's not a rant, it's just the true fact, that everyone seems to wanna have what everybody else has got, and they believe that if they use this type of weapon/perk/attachment/killstreak then perhaps their skill will increase, which barely happens lol...

If you want a game mode that only lets you use certain things, you can check out pro mod on PC. It was originally designed for CoD 4, there might be one for MW2.

Pro-Mod Rules:

6 second strat time
3 SMG limit - with the promod smg fix
1 sniper - with awp fix
No-sway fix
45 second bomb fuse
1:45 minute round length
5 second plant time
7 second defuse time
LMG Disabled
Red-dot sight disabled

You can see videos on YouTube, although these rules were designed for CoD 4

well i think that mw2 is better than cod 5 and is diferent than cod 4, but it does get boring playing on your own
