1. Add Profile to your Channel... out them in your "box"
3. How to get more subs.
Make tutorials or other things that your really good at and not alot of people will know about. That way if they say "oh, this guy makes cool tuts" they might subscribe for future refernces, But advertising youtube for lobbies isn't smart because even if you are legit then someone can just un-sub after a lobby.
