I have some cousins that play on pc and there way beyond better than me and they showed me how much better the picture quality was and how the engine runs on pc rather than xbox and playstation

No, Colonel 100 is the highest I believe. Just go on bf3stats and go on the leaderboards. Myself however, I am 33 coming up to 34. Right now, I'm just bumming the PDW-R, I love it.
