If you bought the trackball new then you would have got a driver CD for it just slot that into the CD drive and run the installer then it will work.

Or

Sometime is just installs when you plug it in. If your using windows.

Every mouse will be installed automatically when you plug it into your computer. Even the latest extreme gaming mouses support the Windows legacy driver. Look up the company's website and download the latest drivers there
