If you had replies from all then there is nothing wrong with your hardware / network or DNS services and there are no files missing from your system. Try rebooting the computer and mashing the f8 key before/whilst it boots. When you get a text menu come up select safe mode with networking. once it has booted try internet explorer again.

Is it blocking the automatic updates or manual updates?

It still had no internet.

probably your easiest solution now would be to download malwarebytes and superanitspyware portable onto a USB and transfer on to the PC then run em


Second note...

Seems the internet is awash with users getting the errors in your diags with AVG try uninstalling AVG and rebooting. AVG is pants anyway. you should use something like miscrosoft security essentials [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] its free and does a better job

Well I have MalwareBytes on the computer, just not up to date. Try it anyways or just get on a computer that has internet and install both onto a USB drive?

Alright I will uninstall AVG right now and let you know if that helps.

If you have IE8 installed then its probably the problem.
IE8 has some nasty side effects with some AV
