Yes you can, it depends if you download a virus from there or not

Of course you can, but make sure you download something with lots of seeders, usually means its a good download, also look at the comments below the download

it depends how trusted the source is, I just downloaded GTA IV and I have no virus. also l2spell

and usually the Torrents don't have any viruses !

Just download the ones that are most downloaded/popular and you won't get a virus

yes u can the first thing i downloaded on thetechgame.org it was a virus lol so i never used the pirate bay again but do what the above said
