If you lost the security information and it got hacked and changed to something else, I sadly have to say, it's likely lost forever.

You would, if you had the security information. Don't think there's such way to lookup e mail adress changes anymore.

Wait did they send you an email saying your information has been changed by who ever if so you are still in luck. TRy getting in the new windows id that the person put in there. Then scew around with the information. you should be able to change the password from there. then sign on to live and put password required to sign in on other consoles. That is how I got my account back

Have you ever had a credit card on it? if not I can't help you because if you do you can give the last 4 digits on the credit card to Microsoft for proof even if the credit card was deleted of it because it is on the credit card history so Microsoft can see it was on there at one point
