Basically i have this laptop

and was wondering if i could maybe change the graphics card in it to something that would be suitable to play cod 4, also are the other specs suitable for cod 4 or not ?

* RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista

Minimum specs for COD 4



You cant change the video card in a laptop EVER!
Couldnt be arsed to look at the laptop you suggested but just check it against the minimum specs i have posted above and you will have your answer

YOu wont unless u play on super super low setting and u cant change ur gpu i suggest building ur own computer..

test it on this and see if it runs COD4 or other selected games you want.

Yes you can i play in 1024x720 on cod4 with my lap top and i have a acer aspire 5532 with a shity 1.60GHz processor and radeon 3200 graphics and 3gb ram

It is quite hard to change a laptop's GPU but it is certainly not impossible lol. If it was impossible, it would be impossible for them to install it in the first place...?

you can upgrade or replace a graphics card in a laptop depending on the model of the laptop and card, it is a pain to put a different card in and get it working but is do able.
