So i was wondering is the 4s jailbreak public ? or something ...
I searched from google but all topics was out dated .....

There is no jailbreak out yet.

The jailbreak that is out only supports the A4 processor chip in the phone

The iPhone4S has the A5 chip.

but when i looked at Pod2gs twitter he said that "Sorry, we can't release the A5 for the developers, the exploit used have to be kept secret. I know this is unfair." what that supposed to mean....

It probably means that it is still in the works. It was stated on that website, and many others, that the iPhone4S untethered jailbreak will be released in a week. I would just wait the week, and if there is no jailbreak out yet, then I will maybe tweet Pod2gs to figure out whats going on.
