In one of my classes for school, we need to come up with a project to occupy 10, 95 minute classes. I have no idea what to do. My friend is going to learn C Programming Language, some other random people are painting pictures and what not. All I want is a project that can hopefully allow me to use the computer, or something close to it. It has to be cheap (i.e. any programs I might need) and hopefully practical. My teacher is pretty uptight about the practical part, but if I can convince him, it's easy to find an idea. Any help will be much appreciated!

I thought about that. The only issue is that I don't know much of C++ yet, that's my goal for next year. Right now I'm learning very basic computer languages. I thought about doing what my friend is and learning C but I already know my teacher wants us to be original.

I would honestly prefer the C++ but there are many factors limiting that. They are small and boring, but I'd rather not deal with them. The flash cartoon would also be a good idea. I would have to find tutorials and programs to do so on, but I'll look into both of them. I know I have a "Flash for Dummies" and "C++ for Dummies" book around here somewhere, so tuts won't be hard. I'll definitely look into both ideas and run them by my facilitator.
