Hello guys i have a zephyr jtag and i was trying to play 2k12 on it and it said you need a update to play this game so when i go to get the update it says that i have a error 81 i get one red light and also if i dont accept the update then it takes me back to the dash i have the new kinect . Please guys can you help me

Are you updating with the Microsoft update or are you making a new freeboot image?
