Title says it all,is there a way to make a new server.If there is,can someone tell me how to make a server?thanks,

Easiest way: Take your PC, and throw it out of the window. If that doesn't break it entirely, pour gasoline on it, and light it on fire.
But really, why boost? It's no fun and if you get to the highest level it just gets boring.

is that any of your concern? Didn't think so.
OT: I assume nemesis boosting is as effective on pc as it is on console.
