It's actually the other way around. Opening a PC save on the Xbox doesn't give you console commands on the 360. Opening an Xbox save on the PC is what will allow you to use console commands, so regardless it's on the PC.

He is right, but you CAN ISO mod the game, and hex edit the IMG/ISO File, and change the consoleisup dvar to true, so you will have a console on xbox.
