Okay So I Know A Person And He Has A Cracked Server.....Now I Know Its Impossible To GIve Yourself Op In A Online Server....But I Saw Afro Mention Something About Being Able To Do This On An Offline Server...... Any help Would Be appreciated.

It is possible, you need a hacked client with a name changer function and make sure the owner does not have an authme style plugin, then just change your name to the admin one
