It depends on what you want for a computer.
First of all, laptops are never good computers.
If you want a computer for video editing and the likes, then Macs would be perfect for you.
If you want a computer for gaming and anything that requires large processing power (including video rendering), PCs would be best for you.

People say there good because they cost like 2000 but for what you get it's good but I'd rather get an amazing windows gaming pc. Mac's are for designing and art and stuff windows is for games

I have an alienware m18x and I also have a macbook love my m18x for gaming,but macbook is good for school.

They are not the "best computer". They would be good if they were not double the price they should be.
