Can someone help me with something?

Every time I try to install something it always says something else is installing,but nothing is installing.

Oh and maybe there is something else you can help with,my HDD is filled with a bunch of random files like 2ffbc6f44f0bb28a503cd0efbedfe81b and it wont let me delete them.

Sounds like a corrupt hard drive, or the HDD is starting to fail. I suggest, replacing your hard drive or take it to a computer shop to get it looked at.

Try pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE

Then START TASK MANAGER

Then PROCESSES AND CHECK IF THERE IS ANYHTING UN USUAL

Do a full re-installation of windows. The only way to fix it without buying a new hard-drive, sorry.
