Yes and no. Yes in that you are altering data that is being sent through the CODElite service to the game servers. However, no, in that the actual inspect element has been safe guarded by the Elite service. They updated their website to involve a checking system which basically says which things are not possible. They completely ignored this through the iPhone app and have left themselves open to me using a juggernaut as my tactical equipment. ;)

Just for everyone confused he I using a cydia app called iFile which let's you, in a sense, see the properties of different apps.
