Wow 24x is abit fast, 2.4 is what you mean't to say lol, if it doesnt work if you keep trying contact the guy you had it from, see if he will replace it or send another for free.

lol 24x i use 2.4x and it works every time and 3x works good for slim

which kinda xbox you tryind to hotswop on and iv got deadlyfisher mods they work good for me and when you hotswop before you take disk out wait abit until the laser turns of then when you put the iso disc in the laser will boot back up and it sould work
