My computer has like this huge virus on it and i need help with it i am able to get on it an everything but i just need to know how to like delete everything off it so i can put windows xp back on it

Use CCleaner. (Download it)
Then go to Tools then wipe hard drive.
There you go.

press f9 when u first boot up your computer and go to system restore.
its either f9 or f10 or one of them depending on your computer.
use google.
