this is just the store speculating the release date, Rockstar has not yet made an announcement regarding the release date of gta 5, a lot of websites for stores online are putting there own speculated release dates

Game developers with no release date tend to put the date as the last 'friday' or 'tuesday' of the year until they have an OFFICIAL release date. so the excitement is lost, still no confirmation.
