This is my Own Personal Guide, by using these i have gotten many M.O.A.B.S before, and i think this would be useful to help you aswell.
Firstly, You will want to be using an Assault Rifle, For example, Type 95, ACR, AK47, M4A1.
Secondly,You will want to be Using a Silencer, So you can Attempt this MOAB, sneaky...
Thirdly, Your Perks will make a Big difference, I Would suggest Sleight of Hand Obviously, Hardline so it is easier to get your Specialist Killstreaks, and Marksman OR Stalker, (You will be looking ADS alot...)
Fourthly,Your Specialist, You will want to have Scavenger somewhere on there, maybe as your 3rd or 5th kill(Because of Hardline, otherwise it would be 4th and 6th...)
Fifthly,Your Surroundings, You will want to be Either Camping, or Running around the map, I Tend to run around the Map because its easier to keep them at their spawn.
I Hope this is helpful and you can all now get your MOABs.
BIG TIP: You Might want to get PRO on Every Perk, Or Most Perks Before Attempting this/if it is not working, because when you get your 15 perks at the 7 kill streak Specialist, if you have them all pro, this is like getting 30 perks.

the easiest way is use sub machine guns Mp7 and pp90mi mostly and run around the map.

nicw, moab with sub machine guns are very easy. It makes the process much faster.
