I jailbroke my iphone for siri (spire) but that didnt work lol because of all the proxys not working but whatever.
my question was is there a way to make your iphone vibrate longer if its jailbroken. its so annoying how it doesnt vibrate very long.

Maybe im not sure... Try editing some .plist files. Otherwise BRB I'm gonna go try.

do you know why i do not have that file?

yes go to settings > notifications > vibrations

in iOS 5, there is a thing in notifications where u can make custom vibrations.....
