Yesterday I was playing and everything was fine then i went to a friends house and downloaded my account there and then when i got home today i got on xbox my account was fine then i went to play dead island and when i was loading in to a game it froze so i thought o it just froze no big deal But when i turned it back on it said no profiles so i went to my memory and under my hard drive it said unformatted i was going to format it but then it said it will erase everything. Is there anyway to get out of this without have to delete everything. Please help.

Make sure the hard drive isn't loose or anything unplug it then put it back in.
If that doesn't work then idk contact Microsoft.
