In Whiterun near the castle(Dragons Reach) their is a building that has shields going all arond the roof and the building name starts with a Y, go to local map while in whiterun to find it, While entering their will be a short little fight(Not with u though) and after that head downstairs, once down their than there will be a hallway u will have to go all the way down and talk to the old man, he will tell u how to join from their
