i usually listen to music with headphones on a quiet volume and if that doesn't work then i take my dad sleeping pill:) puts me out like a baby

I used to listen to the sound of rain on the noise maker app but I don't have an iPod anymore
Depending on your age you shouldn't be using your dads sleeping pills lol jus saying

ha i know imma senior in high school and i barely ever take them thats a rare occasion, and that sucks well buy an ipod and just any slow song will work
