Not sure why people are just naming managers, you need one that is the same nationality as most of your players, say you have 4 english players and 7 spanish you would get a spanish manager. The league that manager is from irl doesn't make a difference, just make sure he's in the right formation.

So if most of you're team are spanish get someone like Jimenez.
