Anyone can help improve him but You cant really rate this desktop... Its nothing to really rate and what do we rate it out of, The best desktop made in the world? BTW The best desktops are made/produced with photography not photoshop
tips for improvement.
-Pick a good good goooood Color scheme. (Im making a tutorial on that)
-Add more. Or resize so It seems for-filled.
Ill edit with more tips when I look at it again.
