Will my PC run Counter Strike: Source
I have:
1.6 GHz processor
256 MB Graphics card
1.73 GB of RAM and
249 GB of free space on my HDD
What I am most concerned about is if it will run smoothly. Thanks to anyone who helps!

It all depends on what settings you want to run the game at.
If you play the game with no AA, low textures and at a very low resolution like 640x480, if Counter strike Source even supports that, then you will be able to play smoothly, yes, even with your 256mb graphics card.
Counter strike Source is extremely well optimised, so can run on pretty much any hardware, the minimum requirements are a 1.7 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX 8.1 level Graphics Card and that's about it.
But if you want to play at the more advanced settings then I would recommend an upgrade, message me if you want more help with this.

So it seems that I would need an upgrade. Thanks for the help I am running on a Gateway NV51B25u laptop, so i really wouldn't expect it to run any games, lol, it would probably fry my computer.
