Windows Media Center Extender format you hard drive delete all profiles on console create a new one,disconnect media center on your console,create a new user account on windows and your good to go.
setup media center again and voila.its back.

And to unban a console, you could not do it this easy.

It's called a console ban. Not a harddrive ban. They flag your Xbox not your Harddrive. That's why you can't get another three free one month accounts even if you plug in a different harddrive.
