Must have mic
no shooting at police unless fired appon and same for police
no leaving the middle island
no loudness or screaming
must follow police to the cruser and then to the middle island jail
be patient for people to join
be fair
police can only use the PIT maneuver and shoot out tire
civilians must call in crimes
