I'm quite knowledgeable about my computer and stuff but I need to open the task manager menu but I have done something ages ago which closed it. Any tips on how to get the menu open again?

click (hold) control alt delete and click task manager

Or right click the bar at the bottom of your page and click task manager

Double click the white between the top of the thing where the black is, that should work
