For school I'm doing a project that requires me to make a Flash Animation Cartoon and we need to work on it at school. In order for me to do my part, I need to find LEGALLY free software to install on school computers. It doesn't have to be Macromedia Flash of any type, or even an Adobe product, it just needs to be free and allow me to turn drawn pictures into a cartoon of some sort. It can be as basic as me needing to draw the pictures in paint and all the program does is make them run in a specific order. Please help!
