Homeland Security, you could get cops involved, the Mayor of New York, FBI.. A lot of stuff you could do to prevent 9/11 from happening.. All these people could have been notified and taken it seriously because let's not forget. There was a bombing in the World Trade Center before.

And just to make things more safe, go to Boston and start sh** with the 4 idiots and hopefully that would get cops involved around the area and by doing that you could do a lot. Also contacting the news about this ain't such a bad idea too. Osama Bin laden was a really big terrorist in the late 90's.
