The population. various governments have learned how to use the sky as a hologram from their equipment in space, and intend to use this technology to fake an alien invasion (using the 3D sky a movie screen), or the second coming of Jesus (Esu Sananda Immanuel), or anything. As far fetched at it sounds, the secret elite powers of the planet believe the masses to be very stupid, but also awakening to truth. Since the masses have allowed them power a bit longer...the elite continue with their evil plans of world domination at any cost to humanity or the planet... like i said there are so many explanations for this so all we can do is just wait and see
