All Modern Warfare 3 Glitches
Status - Not Done! Just added three more older ones, also added new one last night, going to school now!
Alright so I noticed the sticky topic is not staying very up-to-date as his newest glitch on there is about a week old, so I thought I would make a post showing all glitches old to new, and including patched glitches with links to after patches.
I will also include a detailed text tutorial along with a voice tutorial most of the time depending on the video I use.
The order of the glitches will go from newest to oldest in descending order!
Unpatched Glitches - Green
Patched Glitches - Red

Dust to Dust Glitch - Unpatched!
Text Tutorial -
1.) Go to the area where I'm at.
2.) Walk up the flower pot and then onto the railing.
3.) Sprint off onto the thin piece of glass.
4.) Go in front of the staircase and your under!

Outpost Sentry Gun Breach - Unpatched!
Text Tutorial -
1.) Get a sentry gun.
2.) Then jump in between the cab of the truck and the tank.
3.) Slowly move to the left on the side of the tank and slide into the tank halfway.
4.) Move the sentry gun around until it allows you to put it down.

Straight Bullet Glitch - Unpatched!
Text Tutorial -
1.) Have a sniper with steady aim.
2.) Then sprint, jump and then crouch.
3.) You have to shoot before you hit the ground for it be effective.
It will straighten out your shots and once you get the hang of it, it will make for some really good killcams!

Dead Man Hand's Glitch - Unpatched!
Text Tutorial -
1.) Get the "Dead Man's Hand" deathstreak of 6.
2.) Hold out your throwing knife if you think your about to be hit and go down.
3.) You are now able to throw the C4 while in Dead Man's Hand.
This would be very useful while in a game of domination or in that matter, any objective-based game besides Search & Destroy, because it is recognized on the other player's screen as a frag grenade, but it will not explode until 30 seconds later, so they won't expect it happen!

Text Tutorial -
1.) Waste all the ammunition on your current weapon.(If your actually playing use your ammo like usual then the glitch comes into play when you have no ammo.)
2.) Then go to a weapon on the ground and just keep switching back and forth with the weapon and your weapon.
3.) Your weapon's ammo should start replenishing or coming back.
This is very useful to use when you don't exactly want to give up that extra perk slot for Scavenger when you could use it for a perk that you much rather would want to use.

Survival Mode Unlimited Rounds / God Mode Glitch - Unpatched!

1.) Get a Ballistic Vest and Remote Sentry
2.) Place Remote Sentry and then place Ballistic Vest (far apart from one another)
3.) Then go to the Ballistic Vest and Press X to Open your laptop, while opening laptop walk into ballistic vest so that you are opening your laptop and caputring the vest together.
This could be useful if you want to escape a near death while operating a remote sentry if your quick, haha.

How To Get To the Very Top of Resistance Without A MOAB - Unpatched!
Text Tutorial -
1.) Do the riot shield lunge on Resistance. (I'll leave a tutorial for that at the end of this.)
2.) Walk along the edge of the building you land on. (Remember to hold out your tactical insertion as you walk, that way if you fall you can still plant it as if you did not fall at all)
3.) Walk along the barb-wired fence to get the next building. (All the building in this game, the barrier for the building is usually along the very edge, so be careful!)
4.) Next, your going to need to make a jump slightly less than a strafe jump but not too difficult. You should probably try planting your tactical insertion on the building before you jump just until you get used to making the jump!)
5.) Walk to the right along the edge of this building now, then make the jump to the next building straight ahead! Try to make the jump while holding the tactical insertion as this is not a very big jump!
6.) Do a riot shield lunge on this building by having a friend lie down in front of one the gaps between the windows, while you go down into the gap that he is lying in front of.
7.) You should land on the higher edge of the building, almost done but not yet! Do another riot shield lunge off the corner of the building where the slant is, by having a friend go around the corner slightly.
There you go, this glitch is very fun to do with your friends if your just looking to have a good time!

3.) Have a friend stand behind the care package on the side nearest the hill, and then do a riot shield lunge off him.
This is another glitch that is more of a just for fun purpose and exploring outside the map as this would be fairly hard to do in an online game.

I was sort of confused when I heard about this particular glitch but I think Chucky will do a good job of explaining it, hopefully.
Otherwise this could be very useful while being a capture person in Capture the Flag.

Any Proficiency On A Primary Weapon Glitch - Patched!

It is very useful to use this. You can now not worry about getting a hitmarker with a sniper that has a supressor and you may piss off others lol.

How To Get Out of Server Crash - Unpatched!

1.) Get past the part of the mission where you are in a chase with the enemies.
2.) Climb on the broken truck next the entrance gate.
3.) Do a strafe jump onto the lamp and have a friend do the same.
4.) Have the friend crouch and looking down next the wall.
5.) Jump on his back onto the ledge and then walk around and down until the tree.
6.) Jump down once past the point of no return, the part where it says,"Turn back and continue the mission!"

2.) Place the trophy system down first, then place the claymore on top.
3.) Relocate as needed until the claymore actually sinks into the ground.

Multiple Gun Glitch - Unpatched!
Text Tutorial -
1.) Get a remote sentry
2.) Place down the remote sentry and then go to a dropped weapon with a friend.
3.) Knife your friend and hold X at the exact same time! (move your other hand to the other side of the controller if that helps!)
4.) You should enter your remote sentry if you've done it right.
5.) Exit the remote sentry and you should emerge with an extra gun.
6.) You can repeat the process to get all the guns if you would like.
