i use the pc version of skyrim to mod saves

I use Hex Editor or to make it easier i use my PC version of Skyrim.

to Mod the save game, you can use Hex editor, theres plenty of tutorials on youtube/here that you can look for, youtube might be faster.

things you will nee:-

1.USB flas drive to store your save game or Harddrive transfer cable.
2.Modio or some other program to extract save files and rehash and resign it

most people just use the pc version to mod it, because you can access the games console and give it commands to add items lvl's perk points etc. good luck with your modding and make sure to make a bacup of your save incase somthing goes wrong . hope i helped
