What are some sites that will NOT be affected by pipa and sopa?

Every site is vulnerable.
It's hard to decide whether or not a site can, or cannot be affected at this point. Even sites
that don't host copyrighted material can be affected if the government doesn't like what they see.

its absurd i mean wikepedia and youtube i barely understand but google really what are they achieving to get less money for our billions dollars of debt internet helps pay taxes and the government
