Hey guys I got billed for hulu plus on paypal and I still cant watch full videos canI have help from someone please?

I don't think Hulu Plus accepts Paypal

So you will need a real US credit card or a special prepaid card that allows recurring charge. Google "Hulu Plus outside US" may help
