A person at my school went up to my friend and told her to suck his dick about 5 times and refused to leave her alone. After that he looked at our group and called us all chinks and dick sucking asians. I couldn't stand seeing my friend so sad so i went up to him and pushed him and told him to never talk to her like that again. He continued to insult us from across the hall. When he approached us again, i spat at his face and embarrassed the shit out of him. A couple minutes went by and he made got a girl stand up for him.

Whose in the fault here?

me for spitting at his face?
him for starting racial slurs?

btw hes a freshman -_-

Spitting in the face part. If you would of done that too me, I would of broke your nose. + The racism part, you could of handled it better, without any spitting activities.
