Resume wrote there not that bad my mate got a pair for christmas the quality of the music was amazing

I'll ask the same thing. Do you have any frame of reference? What other headphones in the same price range have you tried? If you haven't tried any others, well you don't have a valid opinion. You can't say you like McDonalds is the best food in the world if all you've ever eaten is McDonalds. Why should Beats be an exception to that rule?

And MaFiaEditing, your headphones drive? That's a bit of a problem. Don't let them leave the house to late at night!

Worst Cars Ever Built /Sarcasm/

Not a valid analogy, at all.

Crashing cars is an entirely different thing from breaking headphones. Although, Beats could be most closely compared to some Lancias (except for the great innovation they are responsible for), if you must compare them to cars. They fell apart as you drove and couldn't hold up to... Well... Anything. They look pretty cool, though.

I haved this fight with you b4 and i kno you have valid points but come on, those are random pictures off google people could have done that on purpose that is NO proof they suck

It DOES however prove that their construction can leave much to be desired. Find a pair of snapped (the key word is snapped, not mutilated) Beyerdynamic DT770's and I'll eat my hat. I have found a picture (first hit when I searched "snapped Beyerdynamic DT770") that has a broken plastic part, but that's a minor issue that doesn't inhibit wearing them if you use super glue and I've never seen that happen before that.

You can't honestly tell me that you've never seen a broken pair of Beats at Best Buy. It's not like people would go into Best Buy and break headphones, that's caught on tape (okay, probably not, but I'd hope people have better things to do) and I've seen it actually happen due to stress. It's a faulty design.

Tell me how I actually found a picture, but the owner said he had them for 3 years until they broke.

That's what I was talking about. That's a very minor part (super glue can fix that with no issue, unlike Beats headbands because you've lost the pressure they originally had) and you can order a new part. See those screws? You can replace that $3 piece of plastic and they'd be as good as new. I was talking about the actual headband snapping, a la the Beats in the front page.

And to be honest, I have no idea how that broke. I have a pair of DT220's on my head right now and that piece of plastic is a good centimeter thick. It'd take sitting on them for that to happen.

I honestly can't understand how people are still siding with Beats on this matter. There's no valid argument for them. You simply CAN NOT ARGUE that Beats are well-built. There's so many indicators and evidence that they're poorly built, and to make matters worse for them, other headphones are cheaper, sound better, and are built better.

If you intend to argue in favor of Beats or state something inherently obvious (as has been done many times before), read the thread. We've covered everything, and there is no reason that there are still arguments going on.

For example, this post contributes nothing, presents no evidence, and the exact same statement has been posted multiple times before.
