I have been doing some research on the talk of Infinity Ward releasing map packs for MW2 sometime soon. What i have found is that there will be a map packed released in Spring 2010 for the Xbox 360, sorry for everyone out there with a PS3 but you will have to wait a little longer to get the maps. The map pack will have to be purchased from the X box Live market place.
Also Monster Energy will have 5000 cans that come with the first download codes. Other prizes can also be won these include dashboard themes, copies of the game, and free drinks.
Facts
There will be atleast 2 map packs released
The first 2 map packs will be released for the X Box 360 First!
*There is not a set release date yet but it will be around spring 2010

Dont quote me on this but on n4g.com I think I read an artical that said both map packs would come to Xbox 360 first and then some time after the 2nd map pack hits 360 the PS3 will get the first map pack.

That is correct. i thought that i stated that in my first post but i guess i didnt word it very good.
