i gotta happauge hd pvr gaming edition and i have everything hooked up right and when i click capture it shows up the pvr as recording device and i click on capture in arcsoft showbiz and it shows every thing except for what is on my tv and all it shows is a black screen plzz send e a message or comment and tell me if im doing something wrong because i want to livestream

What Kind of computer are you running Mac or PC?

Check all the cables, and make sure you're on the right t.v channel for that input. Also unplug everything then plug them back in.

Well I don't know if you mean on the program its black screen but if that is what it is then make sure that preview is on.
If thats not it delete the program and re-install it and download the latest driver from the site
If still not working trying call the live support to see if they can help.

sorry i wasted you time guys now i feal like a dumb @ss because it doesnt support 1080p only 1080i and y xbox settings were on 1080p so yeah now i feel stupid
