I download programs on my iPad then transfer them to my PC via iTunes because my wireless network adapter for my PC broke. Will I be able to use Absinthe to jailbreak without an Internet connection on my computer?

I tried that, it kept giving me errors so I assume it's because my computer can't connect to the server that it listed in command line.
