You don't get as much xp as strafe run boosting but this boosting is alot safer from getting banned by IW.
You get between 10,000-30,000 xp so you will still rank up fast
Requirements:
A mic
A Tactical Insertion
Riot Shield (already have)
Some kind of LMG
Can use support killstreaks but use them out of map and no EMPs
MSG GeneralxRampage if you want to be in it
