You could argue Michael Vick to a certain point but he's more proof of why the QB position hasnt changed in a long time and if its heading in the other direction nowadays with the cam newtons, vicks and robert griffins that's up for debate but since the 50's a QB has always been judged on his throws and his ability to win, pocket QB's have proven to be better over History with that said i think the best current QB as much as id hate to say it is Tom Brady, he's unbelievably good.
