I always just fall asleep and don't lucid dream. How do I keep my mind awake to tell myself that I'm dreaming?

@m21, Eyes, open, brain shut, dont move for at least 30 minutes, than when you cant move even if you try, shut your eyes, start dreaming, or just do a different way, I might make a TUT.

Last night I had a dream that was extremely realistic, but it didn't feel like I was controlling myself it was like I'd think to go get a camera and my body like went and got one. Is this lucid dreaming? I didn't try to imagine anything cuz I didn't realize I was in a dreaming state..

When im in a out of body experience what can happen, and how can i avoid it and what kind of things can i do in lucid dreaming

last nite i went into sleep paralysis and then closed my eyes and started to see thing really clearly, but then i woke up! how do i stay in the dream

Is there some way to tell if you are in sleep paralysis? Because i mean if you test it by trying to move and you actually do move then you have to start all over again. Any Help?
