I used the cinject method and Whenever i go to download something, winterboard in example, it says it cannot comply and needs dependencies but i cannot download the dependecies , so how do I download winterboard or anything that says cannot comply

Back up your device restore the put the back up on it and re jailbreak it

try a different source.. have a look on my topic in this section
i used the same method to jailbreak my 4s and i have winterboard

add all the sources of my topic and then type: winterboard
in the search bar.. you should find a working one

You no longer need to use Cinject to jailbreak. I would suggest to restore and then to re-jailbreak using Absinthe.
