Well to load up patches, kindof.
That's all I'm really doing with it.
All I know is:
Have patch on USB.
Open USB in XeX Menu.
Click Y and select Copy.
Goto Games and click cod4 and then click y then click paste then it will ask you if you wanna overwrite this crap. (soz for swearin)
Then you click yes.
Then you scroll down and click default_mp.xex and then it loads up cod4 multiplayer, then you click system link, then my retail will join my Jtags game via Ethernet Cable so yeah!

It's not so much the customs forms but it's the fact that if you don't declare it's gift then the receiver has to pay custom charges! Plus different voltage rating for different countries PLUS the courier handling when it comes to loading on planes when considering it's Xbox 360's means that the console is gonna get a BATTERING!!
