Is there anyway that I can upload pictures from my iPod to TTG not using a laptop etc just my iPod???

You can do a few things, pretty sure you can just upload a photo to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or tinyurl etc and get a link to your content and add it in a reply using the add image from link button

Ok sorry I just tried (on my iPhone).

Here's a way but it's somewhat of a hassle BUT it works

If you have the twitter app simply upload and tweet the picture you what to use on here, it uploads to tinypic or something and gives you a link, copy that link to ttg and paste it as image link [img] [\img] etc and it should work just fine
Then delete your tweet

Unorthodox but works
