Do you banned if you mod your avatar skin color, set it as your gamer picture, and then switch it back to non modded?

I dont believe you will if you change back to non modded.

yes. I got perm banned on my last account for moded avatar colour.

any type of modding can get you banned... if you make it obvious e.g. set it as your gamerpicture, there is a much higher chance of getting banned... it is on the code of conduct, if you break the rule, there is a high chance of getting banned... stick to modding single player games...
